Production Defect
If your garment has a production defect, you can exchange it for the same garment in the same size at no additional cost.

Size Change
You can exchange your garment for the same one in a different size. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you wish to return the product, a KALTHEA gift card will be issued for the value of your purchase. No cash refunds.

All returns and exchanges are subject to review. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and in its original packaging.
