    /01Data controller

    Your personal data is controlled by Karen Ocampo Gutiérrez, which operates the KALTHEA brand. KALTHEA was born in Mexico and works with workshops and warehouses in different countries. For any notice about your personal data, the contact is [email protected].

    /02Data we collect

    • ·Círculo Kalthea and sign-up forms: name, email and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
    • ·"Save my bag": email and the pieces in your bag.
    • ·Style test: email, if you ask for your reading, and the test result.
    • ·Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, pieces, sizes, chosen payment method and, if you write one, a gift message.
    • ·Browsing: site usage data collected by Google Analytics and the country you visit from, which we use to show prices in your currency.

    We do not collect sensitive personal data. Your card details go directly to Mercado Pago; KALTHEA never sees or stores them.

    /03What we use it for

    Necessary purposes:

    • ·Handling and confirming your order, charging and shipping it.
    • ·Answering your messages and following up on exchanges and returns.

    Additional purposes (you can refuse without affecting your purchase):

    • ·Telling you about new drops and early access as part of the Círculo Kalthea.
    • ·Sending you your style test reading.
    • ·Understanding how the site is used to improve it.

    To refuse the additional purposes, write to [email protected] or use the unsubscribe option in our messages.

    /04Who we share it with

    Only with the providers we need to operate. We do not sell your data:

    • ·Mercado Pago, to process your payments.
    • ·Google (Google Analytics), to measure site usage.
    • ·Cloudflare, which delivers the site securely.
    • ·Our email and messaging providers, to notify us of each sign-up or order and to reply to you, including WhatsApp.
    • ·The courier companies that deliver your order, national and international (for example, Envíos Perros), and, for same-day delivery in Mexico City, courier services such as Uber Flash.

    /05Your rights (ARCO)

    You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] with your name, the request and a way to reach you. We will reply within 20 business days at most.

    /06How long we keep it

    We keep your sign-up and order data for 2 years from the last time you signed in to your account or placed an order. After that we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

    /07Cookies and analytics

    We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site and which pages they see. You can block cookies in your browser settings. We also keep your shopping bag in your browser so it is not lost between pages.

    Any change will be published on this page, with the update date.
